Quadia is a fast growing international provider of online video productions and solutions. We assist organizations with the setup of their online video initiatives, offer professional video production services and supply award winning online video technology that helps to manage, publish and analyze online video programmes. Quadia works for strong European brands (often belong to the top 1.000 European companies). The number of German clients is growing. Therefore, Quadia would like to expand her organization with an office in Germany. To support our international growth strategy, we're looking for a Sales Manager for the German market.
The Sales Manager Germany will be responsible for establishing Quadia Germany and manage all sales activities in Germany. He (or she) will closely work together with the Dutch Management. He will form an initial team. This team will grow with the business and will be extended with additional team members. The Sales Manager will head Quadia Germany.
Tasks
- Responsible for all sales activity and results for the German market
- Build the salesteam for the German market
- Work with the team to be successfull in the German market and manage all customer relations and relations with strategic partners
- Work with marketing and communications to develop the right programs for the German market
- Forecast the business for the German market
- Develop new networks and act accordingly in new professional networks
Requirements
- Strong entrepreneurial, sales & management skills
- Team player and able to inspire the German staff as a thought leader
- Able to execute upon business plans
- German as mother language
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Working knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
Education & Experience
- 5-8 years working experience in a commercial media, marketing, communication environment
- Experience in working with / for large (international) accounts
- Academic degree in marketing or business
- Previous experience in publishing or new media company
- Experience with life sciences or in pharmaceutical markets is an advantage
